To start using our M-pesa transactions Portal, you need to create an account. Click on the 'Register' button on the homepage and enter your email address. Follow the instructions sent to your email to confirm your registration and set up your password.
After logging in, create your first property. Click on the 'Create Property' button, provide the necessary details such as business information, and M-Pesa shortcodes. This will allow you to manage and track payments for your business effectively.
Configure your property settings to suit your business needs. You can update business information, add or delete M-Pesa shortcodes, assign users, and customize SMS and email gateway settings. Ensure all settings are correctly configured to start receiving and managing payments.
Generate invoices using our platform by clicking the 'Create Invoice' button. Enter the required details and send invoices directly to your clients. Our system will initiate STK push requests to Safaricom phone numbers for payment processing.
Keep track of all transactions through our real-time payment management system. Filter, sort, search, and monitor transactions to stay informed about payment statuses, shortcode balances, and more. View detailed activity logs to ensure complete visibility over your business operations.
Set up notifications to receive real-time updates via SMS or email when payments are made to your shortcodes. Customize your notification preferences to stay informed about all critical activities and payments.
