Troubleshooting
If you encounter integration errors, the first step is to check the property logs for any error messages. You can find the logs by navigating to Property > Logs in the side menu of the property page. These logs will provide detailed error messages and timestamps, which can help in diagnosing the issue.
Low wallet funds can cause payment and notification failures. To check and top up your wallet balance, go to Property > Settings > Balance. Here, you can view your current balance and find instructions for topping up your wallet.
If a transaction fails, you can check its status and error details by navigating to Transaction Status from the main menu. Simply supply the transaction code to get detailed information on the failure reason.
If users are not receiving notifications, verify that the SMS and Email gateway settings are correct. Go to Property > Settings > SMS and Email to review and adjust the settings as necessary.
