1. Introduction

Welcome to the M-pesa transactions Portal (hereinafter referred to as "the Portal"), accessible at https://transactions.prasams.com. The Portal is operated and managed by PRASAMS ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please review them carefully before using the Portal.

2. User Registration

2.1. To access the Portal, users must register using a valid email address.

2.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activities that occur under their account.

3. Creating Properties

3.1. Once registered and logged in, users can create properties that hold data for their businesses such as business information, M-Pesa shortcodes, users, invoices, logs, settings, and more.

3.2. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating a property.

4. Payment Transactions

4.1. The Portal allows users to view, manage, and sort payments via various filters. Payment lists are updated in real time.

4.2. Users can create Shortcode invoices which will initiate STK push requests to Safaricom phone numbers for payment.

5. Property Management

5.1. Users can manage property details, add or delete M-Pesa shortcodes, and assign users to properties.

5.2. Property settings such as SMS and email gateway settings, wallet balance, and property information can be configured by the user.

5.3. Users can delete properties, but this action is irreversible.

6. Notifications and Logs

6.1. Users can receive live notifications via SMS or email when payments are made to a shortcode.

6.2. Activity logs for properties are accessible to keep track of recent activities.

7. Data Security

7.1. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

7.2. The use of the Portal is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. User Responsibilities

8.1. Users agree not to misuse the Portal or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal.

8.2. Users must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Portal.

9.2. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

10.2. Continued use of the Portal after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
